Terms :
    Security Deposit:
      -Pilgrims have to pay room tariff & Rs.350/- as security deposit.
      -For tariff above Rs. 400/- per room, security deposit is equal to room tariff.
   Duration of room allotment:
      -Room allotment is for 24 hrs only.
   Extension :
      - One day Extension will be given subject to availability.
      - Extension of room is not done during special occasions and Swami vaari festivals in Tirumala.
   Refund of Security Deposit:
      -Thumb Impression in the data base and on the cottage allotment slip has to tally to refund the security deposit.
      -Maximum of 8 hrs time is given to collect the security deposit from the time of vacation of room.   If not, amount is credited to Srivari hundi

Based on availability, the following rooms are also allotted under current booking.

Letter from VIP / VVIP (Protocol persons-MLA's, MP's, Ministers, CM, Protocol officers, Donors etc.) on official letter head that should clearly specify pilgrim's name  and cottage name. Pilgrims should take the protocol letter and go to the person to whom the  letter is addressed and get his approval, and go to AEO/RO1, RO2 of CRO for Allotment. Authorized letter should be taken to protocol counter in CRO for  checking Availability & Allotment   of rooms. They will issue a room allocation slip in exchange to the authorized protocol letter and pilgrims have to make requisite payment of room tariff and security caution  deposit at the counter. Pilgrims have to take room allocation slip to the Sub enquiry office of respective Guest house to get room keys.

Pilgrims can make advance reservation by sending a letter to AEO (Reception-I), CRO, TTD, Tirumala-517504 at least 30 days in advance.   Letters have to be sent with a DD for Rs.50 or Rs.100 in favor of EO, TTD payable at Tirupati drawn from nationalized banks only along with ID proof . Please provide 2 more alternative days. Confirmation slip will be sent by post within 10 days of allotment. Take confirmation slip & Id proof to ARP counter, CRO, Tirumala. If confirmation slip is lost or forgotten please show ID proof or copy of DD.

Subject to availability, following rooms will be allotted for advance booking by post/DDs.
E-Darshan Counters :    - Pilgrims can make advance reservations at any of the 74 E-Darshan Counters in the country. Pilgrims have to take the room confirmation slip issued by E-Darshan counters to ARP counter no.4 located in CRO for allotment of rooms in any of the following.

  - Pilgrims can make advance reservation through internet (E-Accommodation) at www.ttdsevaonline.com. Pilgrims have to take the printed confirmation slip along with original ID proof and a photo copy of ID proof to ARP counter no.4 located in CRO for allotment of rooms, in any of the following.
